Acceptance

By creating an account and using Kathaa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

Kathaa is intended for use by adult caregivers (18+) on behalf of elderly family members. The elder whose voice is recorded must consent to participate in sessions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining the elder's consent before recording. You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information you enter. You must not use Kathaa for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm another person.

Intellectual property

The memory archives and transcripts generated by Kathaa belong to you and your family. Kathaa's software, design, and underlying systems are the property of Dilyas and may not be copied or redistributed.

Service availability

Kathaa is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dilyas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kathaa, including loss of data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Jersey.
