Kathaa is an AI companion that sits with elderly family members and invites them to speak — in their own language, at their own pace. It greets them by name, listens through the device microphone, and asks warm follow-up questions across decades of memory: childhood, family, career, the moments that shaped them. After each session, an archive is created to record what was shared, what emotions surfaced, and what stories still wait to be heard.
